Suqimi is operated by ZEIT DEVELOPERS PTY LTD, ABN 75 694 356 057. Shopify provides commerce technology; Suqimi is responsible for its listings, customer service and obligations as the seller.

Product information and orders

Read each listing for its specifications, materials, compatibility, options, price and availability before ordering. Department photography is illustrative; the product listing identifies the actual item. Product prices displayed in this storefront are in Australian dollars.

Stock, delivery charges and the final total must be confirmed at checkout before payment. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material listing error is identified, we will contact you to explain the available options and any applicable refund.

Supplier terms and Shopify Collective

Our suppliers may fulfil orders through Shopify Collective. Collective policies govern product, shipping and return workflows between Suqimi and those suppliers. Suqimi remains the retailer for purchases made on this website and your first contact for order issues. Supplier direct-store policies, promotions, finance, insurance and after-sales offers are not automatically included. We will tell you before purchase when a specific supplier condition applies to your order. Nothing in a supplier arrangement removes a right you have against Suqimi under Australian law.

Certificates, warranties and specialist use

A diamond grading report, valuation, authenticity document or other certificate is included only when the individual product listing says so or Suqimi confirms it in writing before purchase. We do not promise that every diamond or jewellery item comes with an independent certificate. Ask us before ordering if a particular report, issuer, report number, metal hallmark or valuation is important to you. Manufacturer warranties and registration requirements are additional to, and do not replace, applicable consumer guarantees.

Some products require assembly, professional installation, safe battery handling, subscriptions, permits or operator qualifications for a particular use. Check the listing and relevant instructions before purchase and use. A product being offered for sale does not itself authorise unlawful operation; please ask us if you need a documented specification or compatibility confirmation before ordering. These responsibilities do not limit any guarantee that the product must match its description and be fit for a purpose we expressly accepted.

A supplier’s subscription, rental, finance, extended warranty or insurance offer is not included in a one-off purchase unless it is expressly shown and accepted at Suqimi checkout or in a separate written agreement. We will not treat a supplier’s direct-store promotion as part of your purchase without confirming it first.

Payment and transparency

Only use the payment methods presented in Shopify’s secure checkout. Do not send card details by telephone or support message. Review the final price, delivery charges and selected items before confirming payment.

Your rights

Our returns, delivery and privacy policies form part of the information provided to customers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits non-excludable rights under Australian law.

Cancellations and availability

Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock or place an order. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change an order. A change-of-mind cancellation may not be possible once supplier processing or dispatch has started; your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unchanged. If Suqimi cannot supply an item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled item and any delivery charges attributable to it. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
